TN Driver's Permit Form
Deadline May 24th
If your student is planning to take the TN Driver's Permit test during the summer, you will need a signed SF-10-10 form. Please come by the front office and sign up for the Permit Form on the clipboard on the front desk before Thursday, May 24th so that Mr. Burse can get the forms ready before he leaves for Summer Break.

EHS Summer Learning Project
All East Hamilton Students
This year the Fine Arts department has taken the lead with the summer "reading" project and has decided to focus on Music Education. We titled the project "Summer Playlist," as students will be asked to follow music resources, Tennessee university music programs, a TedEd talk on music education and prospective album covers to complete a vision board final product.

Summer School (HCVS) Information
Register May 29th-31st
Hamilton County Virtual School (HCVS)
Courses to be completed on computer at home without assistance.
Dates: Monday, June 4th - Friday, July 12th
Contact: Counselors -Molnar 9th, Clark 10th, Chadd 11th, Seebach 12th.
Cost: High School $250 per half credit or $375 per full credit recovery
Registration: May 29th , 30th, & 31st from 8am-12pm. Only cash, check, or money order accepted. Late registration will be at the Board Room of Central Office on June 5th-7th from 9am-12pm.
Exams will be proctored at the HCVS office on Hickory Valley Road, July 11th & 12th. *Please note the dates carefully so any vacations/camps/athletics/etc. do not interfere. These end dates are fixed and will not be extended for any reason, and no refunds will be given.

Sports Physicals
May 24th and June 16th
The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is offering Sports Physicals for the 2018-19 school year for all MS and HS athletes. The date is Thursday, May 24th from 4:00 - 6:00pm at their main office located at 2415 McCallie Avenue. The cost is $25. For more information, contact Connie Roberts at (423) 693-0059 or
Erlanger Sports and Health Institute is also offering Sports Physicals on Saturday, June 16th from 8am to noon at 1100 East Third St., Suite G-102, Chattanooga TN 37403. These physicals may be free of charge for high school athletes only.

TN Promise Service Hours
Due by July 1st
Fall 2018 semester community service hours are due to by July 1, 2018. Submit them HERE. You are responsible for submitting your service hours to DO NOT ask your supervisor, other volunteer or parent to submit your hours for you. It is your responsibility to ensure the completed form is submitted on by the deadline. If you are enrolling at a TCAT and your program begins in the summer, you will have 8 hours of community service due by April 1, 2018.
